To meet the full needs of your pet, a controlled pre-visit is essential. During this time, you come to our home with your dog. Immediately on arrival you and your loved one will be treated as if you are a family member. We ask that you make yourself feel at home here, enjoy the tour and cup of tea, we will find out everything we can about your dog, his or her likes and dislikes, any health concerns or allergies? We will even ask what words you use to get your pet to go to toilet at night?
All handlers are gentle, confident leaders, providing care and companionship to your pet, using these techniques all dogs are safe, loved and feel secure.
