For whatever reason you can't be around to look after your pet - holidays, long hours at work, a last minute invitation - Ball & Biscuit offers an affordable, reliable, loving and trustworthy pet service.

Our services include dog walking, doggie day care, dog boarding, house sitting, pet feeding, horse care and pet taxi service. All of which can be tailor-made to suit you and your pets needs.

As pet owners ourselves, we know that all owners want to provide the best level of care they can. So when you trust us to look after your pet for you we take that seriously. As a result we provide a friendly, personal service for you and your pets.

​We are fully insured, DBS checked, licensed by Lewes District Council and hold qualifications in Equine Sport Performance (BSc hons), Canine Communication and Pet First Aid. Pets are transported at all times using a secure, air-conditioned vehicle.

Whether your away for a long day at an event or planning a holiday, a spell in hospital or an emergency has arisen. I can offer many services to ease the stress and worry. This service includes skipping out/mucking out/bedding down, turning horses in/out, feeding, rug changing, grooming/picking out feet.

This service includes feeding, refreshing water bowls, cleaning litter trays, basic grooming, play time and fuss, bringing in the mail, opening/closing curtains, switching lights on/off, watering of house plants.

Our dog boarding service is a cost effective and friendlier alternative to putting your dog in kennels whilst you are away. Whether overnight or a long weekend, we can offer your pooch a place at our home-from-home.

We ensure at least 2 walks per day, plenty of time for play, constant access to a secure, high walled and dog friendly garden, clean water and feeds, keeping as close as possible to your dog’s daily routine. We treat all dogs as our own and all dogs boarding with us are considered part of our own family.

Going away on holiday for a weekend or a couple weeks? Don't want to leave your pooch somewhere you don't know? Don't panic. We've got it all covered. We can stay at your home with your four legged friend, look after your place, and make sure your pooch doesn't feel your absence too much. We'll provide a few daily walks, plenty of play time, socialisation and cuddles to make sure it will feel like a holiday for your pup too.


One hour only - £12.00.

​Day time & evening sits (per hour thereafter) - £9.00.

​House sitting per night (one pet only) - £35.00.

​House sitting per night (households with more than one pet) - £40.00.

We all have situations and circumstances in our lives when leaving your dog home alone for longer periods of time is unavoidable. Ball & Biscuit provides a doggie daycare service for clients that may need to leave their dog at home for longer than they would like.

​All dogs in doggie daycare are walked for at least one hour in the morning and again in the afternoon (and given lots of fuss and attention...of course!).

Dog Walking - 1:1 Solo Walk.

At Ball & Biscuit we understand that not all dogs can be or enjoy being walked in a group.
This service is intended for those dogs who still want a nice invigorating walk in a stimulating environment but would either prefer to be, or would benefit from, being on their own. Also ideal for puppies or senior citizens who may not require as much exercise or those who are just a bit too nervous about meeting other dogs yet.

One hour - £12.00.
45 minutes - £10.00.
30 minutes - £9.00.

Dog Walking - Group Walk (4-5 Dogs).
All good dog owners know that a well exercised dog is a happy dog but maybe your current schedule or circumstances prevent you from devoting as much time to your dog as you’d like. If this is the case, we're here to help!

​Dogs are walked for one hour and have the chance to run freely off-lead (with permission given from owner) in safe, fun countryside locations. Service includes a towelling down and water bowl top up.

One dog - £8.50.

Second dog from same household - £7.00.

(additional charges for weekends).
