We pride ourselves and that our Pet Care assistants, are highly qualified NVQ Level 3 and hand-picked for their love of pets, are always here with your pet and are safety-certified and trained in all aspects of personalized pet care Including handling to ensure your pet's well-being and safety. We are happy to give individual medication to your pet as prescribed.
With staff on hand all day and night we aim to give each guest as much time and attention as possible whilst they are with us.
