About the Business
My aim is for your dog to enjoy being groomed as much as you will enjoy the end result. We always advise that puppies are introduced to the grooming environment at an early age, even if only for a bath and nail clip. This reassures them and give them confidence for when they need a full groom. Some salons draw a line at grooming dogs with nervous or difficult temperaments. But at K9Pawfections, we believe that with patience and a calming atmosphere we can groom even the most highly strung of them. It's a delight to see them leave with tails wagging! Having said that, it is essential that we are informed, prior to booking, if a dog has a tendency to be badly behaved or aggressive. Their behaviour can upset other dogs and more time could have to be allocated to the grooming, which may also result in an extra charge of £10.00. Also I and my staff do value our hands so we like to be told of any potential problems in advance!
