About the Business
It all started with grooming my dog Gelert - a Labradoodle. I really struggled to keep his coat free of knots and tangles, so I decided to go to college to train in basic dog grooming. I ended up loving what I was doing so much, I have now progressed and passed the PROFESSIONAL DOG GROOMING course, Gelert is looking better than ever. He is constantly admired by complete strangers. Working with animals was a lifetime ambition of mine. In August 2009 I enrolled in college to start their basic dog grooming course. I then went onto and passed the Advanced Dog grooming. I also qualified in Canine First Aid course and then qualified at Leahurst Veterinary College in Microchip implantation.
In July 2011 I opened my own dog grooming cabin and invested in a therapeutic hydrobath, as I believe this would be more beneficial to the animals rather than a shower.
