Andy says:'' the concept success has been mainly due to its hard working franchise operatives. They have shown skill, commitment and fantastic customer care, which is a vital ingredient in any business. The concept came about when we were on holiday in the USA and we saw several mobile grooming parlours and thought what a fantastic idea.
The rest is history. We soon saw the demand for mobile grooming services and the business became an immediate success. We eventually had 3 vans specially converted for grooming. We saw the opportunity of making this business available to dog lovers who would like to share in our success.
