Twenty three successful years in the Royal Navy, with extensive experience of administrative systems, training, instruction and man management skills. His wife has her own Mobile Grooming Salon, so he understands the business from the inside!

Nineteen years as a successful Franchise Consultant. He set up the largest worldwide franchise, with over 3,000 sold, plus three of the largest UK franchises in Estate Agency, Domestic Cleaning and Dog Washing. He understands the benefits of franchising to the customer, the franchisee and of course the dogs!
